One thing she does like is cheese so I thought I’d try making a cheesy sandwich using cauliflower! After you make the cauliflower rice, drain all the extra liquid from it. Then, combine the rice with the egg and ½ cup of grated cheese. Add the spices, and then form the mixture in what looks like slices of bread. Bake these “bread slices” for about 12 minutes. After they are completely cooked, you’ll be ready to fry your grilled cheese. Lay some cheese on top of the “bread” and top with the other slice.
