Can’t make it to the Bas Saint-Laurent this summer? No problem. The city’s latest culinary catch, Pincette, is landing in Old Montreal. Led by Chef Khelil Ben Ammar formerly of Nelligan and Su, and “inspired by Montreal’s vibrant culinary scene,” the new Montreal lobster bar aims to “bring the East Coast experience to Montreal,” according to a press release shared with MTL Blog.
