Print Nachos & Cheese Dip | Nachos | Cheese Dip | Cheesy Dips | Crunchy Nachos | IngredientsNachos cup Makki ka Atta¾ cup Maida tsp Mixed Herbs (Optional)½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes ½ tsp Turmeric Powder optional tbsp OilSaltDry flourCheese Dip tbsp Butter½ tsp Garlic Paste optional tbsp Maida cup MilkSalt Cheese Cubes½ tbsp Red Chilli Flakes ½ Turmeric Powder tbsp oilSaltDry flour InstructionsNachosAdd 1.5 cups of makki ka atta and ¾ cup maida into that For  better flavor, combine 1 tsp of mixed herbsAdd 1 tsp red chilli flakes and ½ tsp turmeric powder Add 1 tbsp of oil and mix everything thoroughly. Add salt to taste.Little by little, add warm water and knead a smooth, semi-soft doughKnead it for two to three minutes to smooth it out, then cover it for 10 minutesOpen again and knead after 10 minutesDivide in 5-6 portions and roll them to ballsTake one ball and dip in dry flourRoll into a big, thin circleSqueeze the side to make it evenMake square shapes by cutting the sidesWith a fork, lightly prickCut in 3 piecesCut into triangle or any desired shapesCut all of the chips and keep them on a cotton clothKeep the heat at medium or medium-low and continue to cook them in the medium-hot oil until they become crispCheese Sauce DipLet’s prepare a cheese sauce dip for that.
