A street vendor made the weird ice cream and cheese dish. To make the odd sandwich, the man began by cutting the bread into a heart shape. He then proceeded to slather butter on one slice and jam on the other. The vendor then grated the chocolate on a plate and sprinkled it generously on the bread slices.
